New Zealand, Otago: Aurora Energy has started works on a new substation at the former Carisbrook grounds in Otago, New Zealand have commenced, with the first stage including laying of electrical cable to supply the new substation from the South Dunedin grid exit point.
The new substation, with power transformers and associated electrical equipment, will replace Aurora Energy’s oldest substation at Neville St, which was installed in the 1950s and was expected to be operational by mid-2018.
