USA, Virginia: Dominion Power is set to move two 181.5-tonne power transformers from Lightfoot to the Skiffes Creek substation in the Grove area of James City County, Virginia.

The transformers are two out of seven that are slated to be moved to the substation, reports WY Daily.

The transformers will be transported over two days, in two separated lots.

The seven transformers are part of the Skiffes Creek power line project, which also includes construction of the electrical transmission line over the James River in order to bring power from Dominion’s Surry County nuclear plant to lower James City County.
