Construction contract in Estonia

Estonia: AS Merko Infra, part of AS Merko Ehitus group, and AS Connecto Eesti entered into a contract with Elering AS for the replacement of three 110 kV electric power lines with ground cables in Tallinn.

The contract includes the replacement of a 110 kV electric power line with ground cable between Kadaka and Veskimetsa substations in Tallinn. Also, parts of Harku-Veskimetsa and Harku-Kadaka 110 kV power lines will be replaced with ground cables.

The contract value is approximately $5.6 M (EUR 5.1 million), plus value added tax. The construction is scheduled to be completed by the end of 2020.
